In the Fall (2019) semester, I will be teaching six classes (*not including my HBCU Academy duties).

ECED 1310 (2 sections) - Introduction to Early Childhood Education Online

EDCI 4190 (2 sections) - Technology in the Schools EDCI 5190 (1 section) - Technology Integration in the Instructional Setting

EDCI 5720 (1 section) - Introduction to Education Technology

The highlighted courses are for students who seek teacher certification. I am going to make parallels between learning processes (just as developing class rules) and coding concepts. We will also go through a series of coding exercises through The Hour of Code . This will give candidates an opportunity to see how coding can be connected at various levels, aligned to standards, and implemented within the curriculum.
